We have always attempted to maintain high-quality staff members in this firm. We make efforts to avoid high turnover by careful screening prior to employment, and continued training and monitoring after employment.
We place a strong emphasis on training with our staff. Each of our Account Representatives is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. Once the license has been attained, we continue to aggressively train and educate our staff in all areas of insurance and risk management.
The professionalism of our staff, along with the paperless environment of our office, allows field sales staff members to spend their valuable time out of the office, and in their clients' homes and offices.
